The company was founded by a group of Nigerians with a diverse background and professional callings. Each of them has brought to the company a unique wealth of expertise resources and Goodwill. This diversity in knowledge and working experience has positively impacted on the way the company is structured and operated. It has resulted in a distinct corporate entity with very efficient and organised service delivery to its customers/ clients. It also ensures optimization of the company’s available resources. The Partnership is comprised of the following individuals:

Usman A. Karofi, B.Tech., M.Tech., is a Co-Founder of our organization. He pursued his education in architecture at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria, from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor’s degree. Subsequently, he obtained his Master of Technology degree in Architecture in 2018.
During his National Youth Service Corps assignment, Usman served at Urban Shelter Ltd in the capacity of a Junior Architect. Following the completion of the NYSC Programme, He has maintained an impressive design portfolio, serving as a supporting Architect at Asba and Dantata, Bricks International Concepts Limited, Dantata Housing Developers and Zavati. He has also carried out various design developments with many private high profile clients.
Engr. Muhammad U. Lawal
BEng., MSc., MNSE, MIET
Muhammad U. Lawal is a Founding Partner at the company.
He has been involved in numerous Engineering projects at various levels, from scheme design to post contract supervision of works specializing in Building Services and Construction Project Management.
Engr. Lawal possesses a firm knowledge of Client – Engineer relationship. He regularly relies on his technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to act as a primary contact point for clients. His excellent communication skills allow him to simplify and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. He is highly skilled in the production of comprehensive technical reports and documentation in a manner that can be easily understood by all professionals in the industry.
